5. Shipping and Delivery
   Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier operations, weather, holidays or destination-related factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
   Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
